The overall atmosphere was great too with some selections of beer and bourbon to taste, fun decor, and sports on the TV. The staff is super kind, along with the owner! I can't wait to come back ”

“ We ordered food to heat up for our Christmas party that we seen advertised on Facebook. What a value we got from them. We didn't even heat all the pulled pork up because there was so much. The mac and cheese was so good that we made bowls out of it for leftovers with some pork on top. We actually plan to get more mac and cheese for the pork. The smoked brats we added to the meal we ordered tasted great. The pickles were homemade and the sauces were fantastic. We got 2 big bags of rolls with the food. We definitely will be doing that again for another party. ”

“ We stayed at High Cliff State Park 9/3-9/10 2025. We first stopped in at Papa B's Pizza & Barbecue for ice cream, they had cedar crest waffle/sugar cones. Great prices. We decided on dinner for Thursday night as it's less busy, had a full order of pulled pork nachos to start with. We LOVE our nachos and this was one of the best we had. The pork was a perfect combination. Hubby and I shared a 3 meat smoked plate, we had chicken, brat, and ribs with 2 sids. That again was exceptional. Had plenty of leftovers. Came Back for ice cream another day and then back for pork nachos day before we left town. Tried a homemade bourbon old fashion sour, also was very good. Wish we lived closer just for thr nachos. Rate 10/10 prices were amazing, absolutely no complaints very clean/awsome staff and owner. This place is a must if ur in town :) ”

“ They got 5 stars from me. 100% worth the drive. Just a family living the dream. Pizza and BBQ. Local ice cream for afters, AND they have bourbon flights. Phenomenal. The pizza was pretty solid, and they were busy cranking out orders the whole time we were there. The bbq is above average, and the portion sizes were good overall. Prices are reasonable. They put the bbq sauce on the side with several to try. BBQ chicken is good, and the ribs are great. I had to try their coleslaw, and it did not disappoint. It had a buttermilk tang and perfect crunch. Mac and cheese for a side was ok, and the green beans were standard. The kids loved the pizza and sandwiches. They have a gluten-free menu! The indoor seating is small, 20 seats max. There is outdoor seating. The owners/staff were super. I wish the Sampler Platter had a bit more meat on it for the price, but the quality was there. I'd drive out of my way for this place again. Thank you! ”

“ Really delicious barbecue. I had chicken. I thought it was better than bbq I have had in more well known bbq cities, such as Clemson, SC. I'm not an expert, but I think this place is the real deal. Had been on a hike at High Cliff and stopped for late lunch. Alcohol is available. Dine-in or take out. They also have ice cream. Prices very reasonable. ”
